Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to qualify for any return or exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
